Terms and Conditions on Warranty

Warranty on Products

All products have a 1 Year quality warranty. However, this does not cover the transport to and from our repair centre in Pretoria.

Should you wish to bring the product to us, we will gladly repair or replace any faulty parts, free of charge.

If a technician has to be dispatched, the cost of traveling and accomodation will be at the customers expense, and this must be paid in advance.

Filters and Consumables

There is no guarantee on membranes, filters or any consumable items.
