Description :

The ultimate solution for high-flow acidic water treatment. The Complete Correction Vessel is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade system engineered for large homes, estates, or light industrial applications with significant water usage. Utilizing four bags of premium Calcite () media, this substantial vessel provides a deep media bed and extended contact time. This ensures maximum efficiency in neutralising low pH water, effectively halting plumbing corrosion, eliminating metal leaching, and protecting all water-using equipment on a large scale.

Features :

  • Commercial Capacity (): Features the large-diameter {13'' x 54'' FRP Vessel and four bags of Calcite media for maximum media volume and extended service life.

  • High-Flow Performance: Engineered to handle increased flow rates, making it suitable for properties with multiple bathrooms, commercial kitchens, or high water demand without significant pressure loss.

  • Corrosion Protection: Reliably raises low pH water to a neutral level (pH 7.0 and above), protecting expensive copper and steel piping, geysers, and appliances from the corrosive effects of acidic water.

  • Manual Control Head: The reliable T3 Manual Filter Head allows the operator to easily initiate the backwash cycle to prevent media compaction and maintain maximum pH correction efficiency.

  • Durable Construction: The Fibre-Reinforced Plastic vessel is 100% corrosion-resistant, built for durability and long life in demanding water treatment environments.

What does it do:

Good to know:

The system contains a deep bed of Calcite media, which is naturally occurring calcium carbonate.

  1. Neutralisation: As acidic water flows up through the Calcite bed, the low pH causes the media to dissolve slowly, raising the water's pH level to a safe, neutral range (pH 7.0 - 7.5).

  2. Protection: This pH adjustment prevents the water from attacking plumbing metals, stopping the source of blue-green stains (from copper pipes) and metallic tastes.

  3. Low Maintenance: Unlike chemical-dosing systems, this method is passive, requiring only periodic backwashing and simple media replenishment via the top port.

Specifications:

Vessel Size 13” x 54” FRP (Fibre-Reinforced Plastic)

Media Type Calcite pH Fix Media (Calcium Carbonate, CaCO3?)

Media Weight Approx. 100 kgs (4 x 25 kgs Bags)

Vessel Volume Approx. 105 Litres

Filter Head Manual Controller Head (T3)

Recommended Flow Rate Up to 2500 LPH (Approx. 42 LPM)

Max Operating Pressure 10 bar/150 psi

Application Large Residential / Light Commercial

Maintenance:

  • Backwash: The Manual Filter Head must be set to backwash the system regularly (e.g., weekly) to clean the media and prevent channelling, ensuring a uniform flow path.

  • Media Replenishment: As the Calcite media is slowly consumed (dissolved) by the acidic water, the bed will need to be topped up every 6-24 months, depending on the raw water pH and usage volume.

  • Hardness Notice: The neutralisation process introduces calcium into the water, which may increase water hardness. For very hard water sources, an additional water softener system is recommended to be installed downstream.
