Free Collection: You can collect your order for free at our shop.

Custom Quote: For a precise quote, please provide your full address. This is required for special locations, including farms, rural areas, mines, chain stores, and government institutions.

Glass Items: We do not courier glass items due to the high risk of breakage and a lack of courier insurance for such items. Please arrange your own courier for collection.
Shipping Schedule:

Gauteng (JHB, PTA, Centurion, Midrand): 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next business day.

Large Item Delivery

Gauteng: R690 per trip (for loads up to 2m x 3m x 1.5m).

Other Cities/Rural Areas: R1000 per day plus R7 per km (one way from our address).
Installation Services
We offer professional installation services within a 100km radius of Pretoria/Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Under-Counter & Counter-Top Purifiers: R1150.00 (incl. VAT). Standard fittings are included.

Whole-House & Big Blue Purifiers: R1150.00 (incl. VAT). Prices exclude installation fittings.

Travel Fee: For locations over 100km from our address, a travel fee of R7 per km (one way) applies.

Overnight Accommodation: For jobs further than a 4-hour drive, an accommodation fee of R1500 per night will be charged. We do not rush installations to ensure everything is properly tested.

Call-Out Fee: A call-out fee of R690.00 applies for service visits in Johannesburg, Midrand, Centurion, and Pretoria.
Areas We Have Served: We have successfully completed installations in and around Alberton, Benoni, Boksburg, Brits, Centurion, Johannesburg, Kempton Park, Midrand, Pretoria, Randburg, Rustenburg, and many other areas.
