How It Works
- Water enters the vessel and flows down through the bed of Clino media.
- Physical filtration: The media’s microporous structure traps fine particles and sediment as water passes through.
- Chemical filtration: Clino’s natural ion-exchange properties pull ammonia and trace heavy metals out of the water stream.
- Manual backwash: When it’s time to clean, flip the manual head to reverse the flow, flushing trapped sediment out through the drain line and refreshing the media bed.
- Result: Water that’s cleaner both physically and chemically — ready to flow on to the next stage of your system.

Maintenance
