How It Works
The UV Process: As water enters the high-volume reactor, it is subjected to a concentrated “kill zone” created by the 220W UV-C array.

Maintenance Schedule

- Clean Quartz Sleeves: Every 3 to 6 months. Mineral scaling (calcium/magnesium) will significantly reduce the effectiveness of the UV light.
- Replace Quartz Sleeves: Every 2 years, or if they show signs of etching or permanent staining.
- Seal Inspection: Always replace O-ring seals during lamp or sleeve maintenance to prevent high-pressure leaks.

- Pre-Filtration is Mandatory: UV light cannot penetrate “shadows” cast by suspended particles. Industrial systems must have a sediment filtration stage (5-micron or less) before the UV unit.
