How It Works
Stage 1: Polypropylene (PP) Sediment Filter: Removes physical particles like sand, rust, and silt to protect the subsequent filters.
Stage 2: Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Filter: Absorbs chlorine, organic chemicals, and unpleasant odors for better-tasting water.
Stage 3: Ultra-Filtration (UF) Membrane: The core of the system. Its 0.01-micron pores block biological contaminants and fine suspended solids.
Stage 4: Post Carbon (PO) Filter: A final “polishing” stage that removes any trace tastes or odors, ensuring crisp, refreshing water.
Stage 5: 6W UV Sterilizer: As water exits the system, it passes through a UV chamber where 254nm light destroys any remaining bacteria or viruses, providing complete biological protection with no chemicals added.

Maintenance
To maintain water safety and flow rate, replace your filters according to the following schedule:
- Stages 1, 2, & 4: Replace every 6-12 months.
- Stage 3 (UF Membrane): Replace every 12 months (depending on source water quality).
- Stage 5 (UV Lamp): Replace every 12 months, even if the lamp still glows — germicidal output depletes over time.

Note: This system is designed for use with municipal (tap) water. If you are using borehole or well water, a pre-analysis is recommended to ensure the UF membrane and UV stage are suitable for the sediment and biological load. Unlike the standard non-electric UF Inline system, this unit requires a 220V power outlet to operate the UV sterilizer.
