The Granular Activated Carbon (GAC), often referred to as a UDF filter, is a crucial stage in any high-quality multi-stage water purification system. Crafted from raw organic materials like coconut shells, the carbon is intensely heated to create a massive porous surface area. This “charcoal” filter uses adsorption to effectively extract free chlorine and organic compounds, resulting in cleaner, crisper, and better-tasting water.

How It Works

Maintenance
GAC cartridges are not reusable or washable.
