The Big T-33 Post Carbon Filter is a high-capacity in-line cartridge designed for systems that require a higher flow rate and greater adsorption volume than standard post-filters. Commonly used as the final stage in light commercial RO systems or high-flow under-counter units, it effectively "polishes" the water just before it reaches the faucet. This ensures that even in high-demand environments, your water remains crisp, sweet, and free from any residual tank odors.

How It Works

• The Final Stage: Positioned at the very end of the filtration sequence. As water is drawn from the storage tank or main line, it passes through the Big T-33.

• Adsorption: The activated carbon acts like a chemical magnet, trapping any lingering tastes or smells that might have bypassed earlier stages or developed in the storage tank.

• The Result: Professional-grade water quality with a "bottled water" taste profile at every pour.

Maintenance

While the Big T-33 has a larger capacity, regular replacement is essential to prevent bacterial buildup and ensure flavor quality.

• Replacement Interval: We recommend replacing the Big T-33 every 12 months.

• Visual Check: This is a sealed unit; replacement involves swapping the entire cartridge.

• Installation Tip: Always flush the filter for 3–5 minutes upon installation to remove carbon "fines" (black dust) before drinking.
