What Does It Do?

The UF HM 250 serves as a high-precision separation stage by:

 

  • Eliminating Turbidity: Removes suspended solids, fine silt, and colloidal materials to produce water with ultra-low turbidity (≤0.1 NTU).

  • RO Membrane Safeguard: Significantly lowers the Silt Density Index (SDI ≤ 3) of feed water, preventing irreversible fouling of downstream Reverse Osmosis membranes.

  • Water Clarification: Effectively clarifies surface water, recycles industrial wastewater, and serves as a pre-treatment for desalination processes.

  • Mineral Integrity: Its 100,000 Dalton MWCO retains macromolecules and pathogens while allowing essential minerals to pass through.

Maintenance & Industrial Care
