What Does It Do?

The system operates through a straightforward physical separation process:

• Entry: Raw water enters the stainless steel vessel under pressure.

• Capture: The water is forced through the permeable, non-woven fabric of the filter bag. Particles, dirt, sand, and rust are trapped inside the bag.

• Exit: Clean, filtered water passes through the bag walls and exits through the outlet port.

• Protection: Acts as an essential shield for downstream equipment like RO membranes, UV sterilizers, and sensitive high-pressure pumps.

Maintenance & Bag Materials

Maintenance is fast and simple: when the pressure differential increases, simply shut down the flow, replace the bag, and restart.

• Polypropylene (PP): Excellent chemical resistance; the standard for general industrial use.

• Nylon: High tensile strength; preferred for food and beverage applications.

• Polyester: Durable and heat-resistant; ideal for wastewater and high-temp liquids.
