The Vontron ULP21-2540 is a premier Ultra-Low Pressure (ULP) Reverse Osmosis membrane designed for high-performance water purification in light commercial and industrial settings. What Does It Do?

This RO membrane is optimized for the purification of surface, underground, and municipal water sources (TDS ≤ 2000 ppm):

• Chemical & Mineral Removal: Separates over 99% of dissolved inorganics, making it suitable for high-specification industrial use.

• High-Purity Water Production: Essential for specialized applications such as boiler feed water, electronics manufacturing, and laboratory use.

Maintenance & Longevity

• Pre-Treatment is Mandatory: Strict pre-filtration (sediment and carbon) is required to maintain the Silt Density Index (SDI < 5) and protect against free chlorine (< 0.1 ppm).

• Cleaning in Place (CIP): The membrane can withstand a wide pH range (2 to 12) during chemical cleaning to remove organic fouling or mineral scaling.

• Replacement: Typically requires replacement every 3 to 5 years, depending on feed water quality and maintenance consistency.
