Description :

Your high-capacity defense against corrosive water. The Complete Correction Vessel is a robust, whole-house water treatment system designed to handle the higher flow rates of medium to large homes and light commercial applications. Using two bags of premium Calcite () media, this larger vessel provides extended contact time for superior acidic water treatment. Protect your entire plumbing infrastructure, prevent blue-green staining, and secure the longevity of your water-using appliances with this reliable, low-maintenance borehole neutralizer.

Features :

  • Increased Capacity (): Utilises the larger {10'' x 54'' FRP Vessel and two bags of Calcite media for enhanced treatment volume and longer media life.

  • Superior Acid Neutralisation: Effectively raises low pH water to a balanced, non-corrosive level (pH 7.0–7.5) using natural Calcite media.

  • Whole-House Protection: Provides a high-flow solution, safeguarding all pipes, fittings, geysers, and sanitary ware from acid-related corrosion and staining (copper and lead).

  • Durable & Corrosion-Proof: The (Fibre-Reinforced Plastic) vessel is rust-proof and designed for outstanding performance in harsh chemical environments.

  • Manual Control Head: Simple and reliable operation allows the user to easily initiate backwash cycles to clean and reclassify the media bed for maximum efficiency.

What does it do:

This system is your dedicated acidic water treatment solution. As water passes up through the deep bed of Calcite media, a natural chemical reaction occurs: the acidic water slowly dissolves the calcium carbonate, releasing beneficial calcium ions and neutralising the acid.

  1. Stops Pipe Corrosion: Neutralising the water's corrosive properties significantly slows down the likelihood of pinhole leaks and dramatically extends the life of your plumbing system.

  2. Eliminates Staining: Removes the metallic taste and prevents the tell-tale blue-green stains on sinks, tubs, and showers caused by copper leaching from your pipes.

  3. High-Flow Performance: The 1054 vessel size is engineered to handle a service flow rate suitable for busy households or small business operations without a significant pressure drop.

Good to know:

  • Capacity & Flow Rate: The 1054 size is typically suitable for flow rates up to 1.5m3/hr (approximately 25LPM) of water, making it a powerful commercial calcite filter.

  • Hardness Consideration: The process of pH correction adds calcium, which will increase the water's hardness. In cases where the initial water is already hard, a water softener (installed after the pH filter) may be necessary to prevent scale build-up.

  • Optimal Use: Best performance is achieved when treating water with a raw pH between and . For lower pH water, blending the Calcite with a faster-reacting media may be required.

  • Media Life: The two bags of media provide a large bed, offering a longer time between media top-ups compared to smaller vessels.

Maintenance:

As a manual backwashing filter, simple, routine maintenance ensures peak performance.

  1. Backwash Frequency: The Manual Filter Head must be used to backwash the media bed periodically (typically once a week). This process lifts the media to remove accumulated fines and prevent compaction or 'channelling.'

  2. Media Replenishment: As the Calcite dissolves, the bed level drops. The media will require replenishment (topping up) approximately every 6-18 months via the top port, depending on the incoming water pH and water usage.

  3. No Chemicals: The Calcite system is a natural process and requires no caustic chemical mixing or dosing.
