Blue Spot Water Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item you received is broken, defective, or not what you expected, we are here to help.
14-Day General Policy
You may return or exchange most products within 14 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:

The item is in its original, saleable condition with all attachments and accessories.

The item is unused.
-
Membranes must be unopened.
-
You provide the original Blue Spot Water invoice.
Please note that for items returned after 14 days, a collection, delivery, or processing fee may apply.
Return & Exchange Scenarios
1. Defective or Damaged Goods

Within 6 Months of Purchase: If a product shows a manufacturing defect within the first 6 months, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

After 6 Months (Within Manufacturer's Warranty): If a defect appears after 6 months but within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will send the item to the manufacturer for assessment and repair or replacement. The final decision rests with the manufacturer.

Out of Warranty Repairs: If the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we can arrange a repair on your behalf. No work will be done without your prior approval of a quotation.
Important: Due to the technical nature of our products, a technical assessment may be required to determine the cause of the defect. We reserve the right to refer items to the manufacturer for assessment, and we will provide you with feedback within 10 days of receipt.
2. Incorrect Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support Centre immediately at 072 758 0316 to arrange for a free collection. Once the item is returned and assessed, the correct product will be dispatched. All promotional or bundled items must also be returned.
3. Unwanted or Unsuitable Goods
If a salesperson confirmed the product was suitable for a specific purpose and it turns out not to be, you may return the goods within 10 working days. A refund will be issued, though a restocking fee and charges for any use of the item may be deducted.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we have assessed and approved a returned item, a refund will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.

Deductions: The refund amount will be the exact price paid, minus any delivery costs already incurred by Blue Spot Water and, where applicable, a restocking fee for special orders.

Damages in Transit: Blue Spot Water cannot be held responsible for damages caused in transit by a third-party courier arranged by the client. Any courier costs for returning an item will be at the client's expense and may be deducted from your refund.
How to Return an Item
You can either bring the item back to our store or contact our Customer Support Centre at 072 758 0316 to arrange for a collection.
Please Note:

A collection fee will apply for returns of unwanted or unsuitable items.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, please make a note on the delivery waybill immediately.

All promotional or bundled items that were part of the original purchase must also be returned.
Repairs and Warranties

Manufacturer's Warranty: Please review any product brochures, as some items have an extended warranty subject to the manufacturer's specific terms and conditions.

Warranty Exclusions: The manufacturer's warranty only covers defects in the manufacturing process. It does not cover:

Damage caused by lightning or power surges.

Damage from misuse or abuse.

Use for a purpose other than its intended use.

Accidental damage.
